Once ready, they are fitted to your teeth. This involves cleaning, polishing and removing some enamel from the teeth so the veneers can be properly fitted and bonded to your teeth.
Unlike plastic composite veneers, porcelain veneers are extremely strong and long-lasting. However, they do require that more of your natural enamel is removed in order to fit the porcelain veneers.
